Workout Routine :
~ 35 Jumping Jacks
~20 Squats
~20 Lundges
~20 Squats
~ 15 mountain climbers, sets of 3, in between sets hold your squat for 40 seconds.
~20 lunges with 5 pound weight on each hand
~35 jumping jacks
REPEAT 3 X
