Worked my biceps- arms TODAY on this healthy active Friday, did you ?

Using 5 pound and 8 pound weights

Curls- hold up 40 seconds , release consecutive up and down curls 45 x hold up 50 seconds release.. Repeat same 6X

Holding the curl up make sure ur bicep is firm and really hard. Using all the strength you have, inhaling exhaling during your reps.

Remember the harder the stronger !

Try it ! You will love this bicep arm work out : you will feel it the next day.

Drink a lot of water and remember to stretch before and after your work out.
