well me as a personal motivator boot amp instructor, everything changes when it comes to Mondays. The motivation, attitude, inspiration, energy, everything in general just gets better. I do my work outs in the morning and teach my class at 6pm, 7am work out and by the time I am out my door for daily routines or simply writing to you all my energy is ON THE GO AND VERY ENERGETIC AND JUST HAPPY.

Monday is a great day for cardio and leg work outs ! Cardio you have to get in ! For the best to get that week going with cardio ..
