The delicious meals and sweets are approaching our temptations soon. You are allowed, why not ? but … Portion control ! Make the right decisions, enjoy it and add a full cardio work out after. Make sure you sweat it off, not 2 weeks later, this same week !
Have fun say yes to Join us Saturday December 27th 8am-9:30am post cardio boot camp ( convention center stairs down town) ! Fitness is a lifestyle ! Holidays is not the excuse to push back but to push forward.
