Preparing 4 BOOT CAMP CLASS ?

{Preparing for a boot camp class ? Are you worried you will not make it ? Are you worried your not advanced ? Are you worried you do not meet the qualifications ? Are you worried this is your first boot camp ? Do I need to train before hand ? }

Do these questions cross your mind before attending a boot camp or any other fitness class ? We have so much on our minds and over think stuff at times, I do !

Preparing for boot camp is NOT necessary whats so ever or has any qualifications. You can be a beginner to advanced joining boot camp. Once you take the first step and attend the class you have prepared yourself. Will you make it through the class, ABSOLUTELY. Will you be tired if this is the first time you attended a boot camp or you have not worked out in a long time, ABSOLUTELY. You may not like me the next day or you may be VERY happy to attend the next class.

You will always be able to push and be a part of an amazing Boot Camp class. Set your mind mentally and physically to be whiling to push till the end. You will be extremely proud of yourself and body.

Remember give yourself Credit you can do anything with your strength ! Go For it, you deserve it ! Enjoy your Boot Camps and put all the strength you can and remember no expectations or requirements needed !
